Defining Butta en de leave-in conditioner hebben een verslavende geur met subtiele noten van exotisch fruit, in balans met een weelderige en luxe mix van witte jasmijn en magnolia bloemen, afgerond met sandelhout en vanille. De shampoo en conditioner hebben een geur die voor 100% afkomstig is van natuurlijke ingrediënten. De verfrissende citrusgeur creëert een gevoel van welzijn dat het spirituele, mentale en fysieke lichaam doordringt.

Onze haarreinigers en geuren zijn voor 100% op basis van oliën. Onze stylisten bevatten een synthetisch gemaakte geur. De synthetisch gemaakte geur bestaat uit wetenschappelijk bewezen ingrediënten, waarvan de helft oliën die uit planten zijn gewonnen.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
