Hoe je elk product in je routine gebruikt:

Hydraterende Haarreiniger

Maak je haar nat.
Giet het product in je handen.
Masseer zachtjes je hoofdhuid in.
Spoel goed uit en ga verder met de conditioner.

Conditioner voor Krullen

Breng na het wassen een royale hoeveelheid aan op nat haar.
Ontwar het haar met je vingers.
Laat het inwerken om droge krullen te hydrateren of spoel uit voor fijnere texturen of gebalanceerd haar.

Krullencrème

Breng aan op volledig nat haar voor de beste resultaten.
Verdeel sectie per sectie met je handen.

Curl Defining Gel

Breng aan op haar dat goed doorweekt is met water om het resultaat te maximaliseren.
Vermijd het manipuleren van je haar totdat het volledig droog is om frizz te verminderen.
Zodra het droog is, zet je je hoofd naar voren en knijp je voorzichtig de krullen om de stugge textuur te verzachten.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
