Met de Olaplex-behandeling verminder je haarbreuk en geniet je van een glanzender en zachter kapsel. De eenmalige dosis bevat de zakjes voor stap 1 en stap 2. Stap 1, de geconcentreerde eerste stap voor de salon, herstelt de gebroken disulfidebindingen, waarmee het proces van schadepreventie en haarherstel wordt gestart. Stap 2 zet dit proces voort door de resterende gebroken verbindingen te herstellen voor sterker, glanzender en gezonder haar.

Gebruik

De gebruiksmethode is eenvoudig: voor stap 1 meng je het bleekpoeder of de haarkleur met Olaplex, volgens de gedetailleerde instructies voor verschillende soorten toepassingen. Na het wassen of spoelen, breng je stap 2 royaal aan van de wortels tot de puntjes, laat het inwerken en spoel het daarna uit. Was je haar met shampoo en conditioneer het.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
